This solution includes RESPONDER™, computer aided dispatch; ENFORCER™, law enforcement records management system; FIRST DUE™, fire records management system; RESCUE™, emergency medical services system; and PARTNER™, Alert Tracking Systems mobile system. AlertTS welcomes the City of Oakwood Public Safety as another valued agency to our growing list of satisfied customers.
The AlertTS Product Suite is designed to reduce redundancy and improve interoperability. Excessive data entry is lowered due to the integration and utilization of common master tables. Not only does this integration improve efficiency in regards to data entry, but it also allows agencies a straightforward method to share information.
