Noble County, OH Enters Into Contract
HILLIARD, OH (September 19, 2008) - Alert Tracking Systems (AlertTS), a provider of multi-agency public safety software solutions, announces it has entered into contract with Noble County, Ohio, for the purchase of a complete public safety solution. This solution includes RESPONDER™, computer aided dispatch; ENFORCER™, law enforcement records management system; FIRST DUE™, fire records management system; RESCUE™, emergency medical services system; and PARTNER™, Alert Tracking Systems mobile system.

The AlertTS Product Suite is designed to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency. The use of common master tables allows an agency to spend fewer resources on data entry and provides more concise records. Not only does this table integration improve efficiency in regards to data entry, it also allows agencies a straightforward method to share information. The AlertTS Product Suite is engineered to allow multiple agencies to draw on the shared data, if desired, increasing the productivity of agencies and the ability to better serve their communities. AlertTS provides a true Multi-agency public safety software application.

"I am looking forward to the addition of Alert Tracking Systems, Inc. to Noble County," states Chasity Schmelzenbach, Noble Emergency Management Agency Director. "After reviewing and comparing solutions from multiple vendors, it was decided Alert Tracking Systems was the preeminent company to fulfill our needs. By stream lining workflow and providing the ability to easily share information with other agencies, the AlertTS Product Suite will not only improve the day-to-day operations but also allow public safety personnel to focus on serving the community."

Noble County Commissioners John Carter, Virgil Thompson and Charlie Cowgill approved the contract last week for a wireless addition to the county’s enhanced Emergency 911 system.

Alert Tracking Systems Partner Mark C. Gruber explains that the new system will give the Noble County Sheriff’s Office dispatchers the ability to track the origination of emergency calls made from cell phones as well as land line phones.

"It is a dispatcher’s tool that will aid them and add safety to the community and emergency responders," Mr. Gruber stated.

Funding for the new system is made available through the county’s Emergency 911 funds, Chasity Schmelzenbach said. The new system, according to Mr. Gruber, will also provide file management and state reporting capabilities for emergency responders based in the county. The project is slated for completion by January , 2009, Schmelzenbach said.

Noble County, located in southeast Ohio has joined a small percentage of counties in Ohio that are phase II wireless compliant. "It is an exciting time for Noble County and AlertTS taking the lead in that part of the state. The fact that Noble County has entrusted AlertTS," stated Mr. Gruber, "as their vendor of choice, is not only a privilege to AlertTS but an honor as well. We view all of our customers as partners and it is our responsibility to provide state of the art software applications that meet the needs of today’s technology, and the solutions and services that make it successful. AlertTS is committed to providing the premium solution that Public Safety demands and deserves to ensure the safety of Noble County’s first responders and personnel, as well as the best in emergency response for the citizens of Noble County."
