- AlertTS Web Portal Support Goes Live
- Furthering our company’s mission in providing the most responsive level of customer support, AlertTS has instituted web portal support pages.
The portal became available to users this past June. The support section was created in-house to provide a superior method of communications to document and
track our performance as it relates to issues or concerns raised by our customers.
Managed by the various levels of security available and set by the agency, each customer has the ability to allow an unlimited number of users
to enter reports, enhancement requests, add additional comments and view progress of the entry, etc. However, our most rewarding aspect in providing this service
lies in the fact that all of our customers can see all reported items and track our progress to resolution. With AlertTS, you know the status of progress as
it actually occurs.
"We take great pride in our philosophy of allowing all of our customers to be part of our resolution processes," said Mark Gruber, President
of Alert Tracking Systems Inc. "With AlertTS, the days of getting a support ticket number and then not receiving any acknowledgement or updates to the reported
concern are gone". Gruber added, "We are keeping ourselves honest knowing that all of our customers can monitor our performance."
In addition to posting items, users can communicate to each other in a forum, both within the agency and between users of other AlertTS customers
and AlertTS personnel. Other features of the portal include a frequently asked question section, release notes of the current software version and help documetation.
